Benefit of Soy

Is a kind of soy nuts are rich in nutrients that are good for the body. The biggest nutrition contained in soy is protein. Because the content of protein, soy is very suitable to become the successor of meat and eggs.

The benefits of soy are found in countries such as China and Japan, where the smaller society exposed heart disease, osteoporosis, breast cancer and prostate gland. China's own soy beans have been cultivated for over 3000 years.
