Drugs containing paracetamol may cause liver damage especially if its use exceeds the recommended dose. Potential side effects are increased in alcohol users.

Adverse side effects on the digestive tract such as nausea and vomiting. Higher doses are known to increase the risk of gastric bleeding.
Side effects on the kidney are relatively rare. However, on long-term use, it can increase the risk of kidney damage including acute renal failure.

Side effects on the skin are rare. In 2013, the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) warns of possible skin effects such as stevens-johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis due to the use of paracetamol-containing drugs. Although this is very rare but can be fatal if it happens.

These drugs also cause side effects such as headache, drowsiness, vertigo, psychomotor disorders, arrhythmias, tachycardia, dry mouth, palpitations, and urinary retention.
When used with large doses, dextromethorphan has the potential to cause epileptic seizures.
Things to watch out for during Lodecon forte caplet are as follows:

The use of Lodecon forte caplet should be stopped if the early signs of an allergic reaction such as rash, itching, sore throat, fever, arthralgia, pallor, or other signs appear, because if it happens it can be fatal.
These drugs should be used with caution in patients with asthma.

The FDA (drug regulatory and food union body) categorizes paracetamol and dextromethorphan into category C with the following explanation:
acyl studies in animals cannot always be used as a measure of the safety of drug use in humans. Because well-controlled clinical studies have not been performed, the use of medications containing paracetamol or dextromethorphan by pregnant women should be consulted with a physician.

Here are the interactions if used in conjunction with other medications:

Metoclopramide: enhances the analgesic effect of paracetamol.
Carbamazepine, phenobarbital and phenytoin: increase the potential for liver damage.
Cholestyramine and lixisenatide: reduce the pharmacological effects of paracetamol.
Anticoagulant warfarin: paracetamol increases the coagulant effect of this drug thereby increasing the potential risk of bleeding.
Be careful of concurrent use of dextromethorphan with drugs of monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, since MAO inhibitors prolong the effects of this drug.
Dextromethorphan may potentiate other depressant class drugs of the nervous system.
